K, guys I found this amazing online art program called Sketchpad 3.6. As an art program in general, it's not much. But for a free online art program, it's pretty cool. I'm sure that if you spent a decent amount time, you can probably make something great. You'll probably see a few pics from this program now that I've found it. xP
